DONNA LEE HAZEN HAMMOND/ TERRE HAUTE, IN Donna Lee Hazen, age 61 of Hammond/Terra Haute, IN passed away on Friday, January 8, 2010. Donna is survived by her sister Karen (Bert) Tucker of Gary, IN; nieces: Lois (Martin) Moreno of Ft. Leavenworth, KS and Laura Tucker of OK; nephew Ray Tucker of Gary, IN. She was preceded in death by her parents: Harold and Margaret; brother, Mike; nephew, Hazen. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 11, 2010 at 12:00 PM at White Funeral Home with Pastor Michael Poole officiating. Burial will be private. Friends may meet with the family on Monday morning from 10:00 AM until the time of services at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45th Ave. Griffith, IN.
